Based on your whole-school roll at the October census, not licensed SEND places, so the fee doesn’t rise as your EHCP or SEN Support cohort grows. Your roll is reviewed at renewal, never mid-year. In 2026/27, no school pays more than £4,495.
Prices shown are for the 2026/27 academic year (1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027) and exclude VAT. We review prices once a year, and any change takes effect from 1 September. Existing schools get at least 60 days’ notice, and annual increases for existing schools are capped at the rate of CPI inflation plus 2%. Founding-school prices are fixed for three years from the start date.
15% off for three years

How the cost compares with WeaveONE.
WeaveONE’s SendConnect360 charges a fixed site fee plus a band based on pupils with support plans or EHCPs. ASEND360 charges one fee for the whole school. Figures use WeaveONE’s own published pricing.
| Example school | ASEND360 a year | WeaveONE a year | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 30 pupils | £1,795 | £2,588 | £793 less (31%) |
| 80 pupils | £1,975 | £6,188 | £4,213 less (68%) |
| 200 pupils | £2,695 | £8,438 | £5,743 less (68%) |
| 350 pupils | £3,295 | £10,688 | £7,393 less (69%) |
WeaveONE figures are their published all-in annual rates (£999 site fee plus licence band), from weaveone.co.uk/pricing, excluding VAT, checked September 2026. Rows assume every pupil is on a support plan or EHCP, as in most special schools; a mainstream school licensing fewer pupils would pay WeaveONE less. WeaveONE covers SEND; the ASEND360 fee also includes safeguarding, health and medical, timetables, monitoring, appraisal and the Single Central Record. See the full feature comparison.
What the same coverage costs from separate suppliers.
Most schools buy these as separate subscriptions. Here are the lowest prices each supplier publishes — real quotes are often higher, and several suppliers don’t publish prices at all.
| What you need | Typical separate product | Published price, per year |
|---|---|---|
| SEND plans, provision and EHCNA requests | WeaveONE SendConnect360 | £2,588–£10,688, by pupils on plans |
| Safeguarding recording | CPOMS | From £530 |
| Medical, first aid and medication | Medical Tracker | From £389 |
| SMSC and personal development evidence | SMSC Gridmaker | £295 primary, £495 secondary |
| Single Central Record | OnlineSCR | From £395 |
| Lesson observations, appraisal and CPD | Lessons Learned | From £875 primary, £975 secondary, plus a first-year set-up fee |
| Asset register | School Asset Register | £499 (up to 500 assets) to £999 (up to 2,000) |
| Provision mapping and round robins | Tes Provision Map | From £795; add-ons such as School Robins (round robins) cost extra |
| Whole-school timetabling | aSc Timetables | From £79 |
| Example school | Separate products, at least | ASEND360, Core and Plus | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Special school, 80 pupils, all on plans | £10,045WeaveONE £6,188 + Provision Map + aSc Timetables + CPOMS + Medical Tracker + Gridmaker + OnlineSCR + Lessons Learned + asset register (£499) | £1,975 | At least £8,070 less (80%) |
| Primary school, 210 pupils, 40 on plans | £8,245WeaveONE £4,388 + Provision Map + aSc Timetables + CPOMS + Medical Tracker + Gridmaker + OnlineSCR + Lessons Learned + asset register (£499) | £2,735 | At least £5,510 less (67%) |
| Secondary school, 1,000 pupils, 150 on plans | £10,545WeaveONE £6,188 + Provision Map + aSc Timetables + CPOMS + Medical Tracker + Gridmaker + OnlineSCR + Lessons Learned + asset register (£699) | £4,395 | At least £6,150 less (58%) |
“At least” because these totals use each supplier’s lowest published one-year price for a single product or module — Provision Map’s £795 is its starting price and doesn’t include add-ons such as School Robins — and leave out first-year set-up fees and any appraisal, absence or survey tools, which add further cost. Special schools are priced at primary rates where suppliers don’t publish a special-school price. ASEND360 also covers assessment, behaviour, attendance, timetabling, the Family Hub, the school development plan and surveys. Prices exclude VAT and were taken from supplier websites and EdTech Impact listings, checked October 2026. Trademarks belong to their owners; ASEND360 is not affiliated with these companies.
Questions schools ask.
Is this really the whole cost?
Yes. The fee in the table is the total, and in 2026/27 no school pays more than £4,495. There’s no separate licence, no per-module charge and no per-pupil metering on top.
Will my price go up?
We review prices once a year, with any change taking effect from 1 September. If you’re already with us, you’ll get at least 60 days’ notice, and any increase is capped at CPI inflation plus 2%. For example, if CPI were 3%, a £2,395 fee could rise by no more than 5%, to £2,515. Founding schools’ prices are fixed for three years.
Is MIS integration extra?
No. Integration with your MIS through Wonde is included, and so is writeback to your MIS for schools that need it. There’s no separate connector or writeback charge.
What if our pupil numbers change during the year?
We review numbers at renewal, not mid-year, so a small change won’t move you into another band.
Is there a contract tie-in?
No. ASEND360 runs on rolling annual terms.
Does ASEND360 Plus cost extra?
No. Plus is included for every school, alongside Core. Monitoring and evaluation, school development, appraisal, the Single Central Record, surveys and governor reporting are all part of every tier — your school decides which modules to switch on.
Do you charge for training or moving our data?
No. Onboarding, data migration support and staff training are included whatever your tier.
We’re a federation or trust — how does pricing work?
Each school is priced on its own roll, then we take 10% off across the group for three or more schools, or 15% for six or more. You get one agreement and one invoice.
What does a founding place include?
Every module, at 15% off, with your price locked for three years. We’ll also ask for your feedback as we develop the platform. There are 20 places.
