How we use the details you send us.
This notice covers this website and its contact form. It doesn’t cover pupil data inside the ASEND360 platform, which is set out in each school’s data processing agreement.
Who we are
ASEND360 Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17492700), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, is the data controller for information sent through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration ZC273399). Data protection questions: dpo@asend360.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, school or trust, work email and anything else you choose to give us, such as your role, phone number, pupil numbers and message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demo or send a quote. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.
Where it’s held
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our email. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a customer.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing dpo@asend360.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
